Public Notice ~ The Earliest Stages

The information which will be presented here is in its earliest stages of format development and organization for publishing ~ and is being offered to those who own, love and are solely dedicated to the English Setter breed.

The information which will be presented here is not 'manufactured' in any way. It will be offered in its most factual form and compiled from actual photos, documentation and correspondence ~ which will also be presented here.

The individuals involved have committed the act of fraud against the interested public through their English Setter breeding programs. As stated above, the indepth information which will be presented here will prove beyond any reasonable doubt both the act of theft and the manipulation of original English Setter breeding documentation which was falsified for the sole sake of personal gain.

To date, there are many individuals who have purchased English Setters from these breeders, English Setters who purportedly carry bloodlines which look good on the pedigree documents ~ but just looking good is where it ends.

The falsification of English Setter breeding documents renders the dog worthless from a breeding stand-point because first and foremost, you didn't get an English Setter that is worth the price you paid. Furthermore, the dog is not exactly as described where the breeding and ancestry is concerned.

In addition, by falsifying the breeding and registration of puppies from these litters, the balance of genetic nature has been breached and upset in regards to any possible long range health problems and issues which may arise in the future through breeding this particular strain from within the bloodline. In short, any health issues that crop up will be very difficult to diagnose and will only add to the problems good and responsible breeders are trying to correct in their own breeding programs.

Through the falsification of breeding records and the switching of registration documents, that one bad gene that has been dormant for generations of breeding will eventually crop up and become very difficult to deal with when an owner has a dog that is claimed to be one thing on paper when in fact, the dog is of unknown ancestry and/or not of the ancestry which the breeder claimed it to be.
